Police in Mazabuka have captured and charged two females in regard of the video flowing via web-based media stages portraying two ladies and a man swimming totally exposed.
The two ladies, both of Mazabuka District, have been distinguished as Euphemia Moya matured 22 of Ndeke Compound and Mary Sakala matured 24 of Nakambala Compound.
Police are searching for the individual who was recording and later distributed the video just recognized as Cephas and the male individual who was caught bare in the pool distinguished as Mulenga Chama.
The episode happened on June 27, 2021 at around 14:30 hours at a named hold up in Magoye region.
The two ladies are right now confined in police guardianship with the offense of Obscene Matters or Things in spite of Section 59(1)(a) of the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act of 2021.
Danny Mwale, the Deputy Police Public Relations Officer, has affirmed the capture, reports Wave FM.
