… says President Lungu is a tried and tested leader whose credentials are unmatched

Patriotic Front (PF) Media Director Antonio Mwanza has cautioned Zambians against experimenting with leadership.

Speaking when he featured on Friday’s edition of Let the People talk program on Radio Phoenix, Mr. Mwanza said Zambians should not be swayed into experimenting with leadership by hungry politicians pushing for change of government.

Mr. Mwanza stated that Zambians should vote for President Lungu and the PF in next week’s polls for continuity and sustained development of the country.

He further stated that President Lungu deserves to continue leading the country because he is a tried and tested leader whose credentials are unmatched.

Mr. Mwanza explained that President Lungu has served as a cabinet minister before and in other senior government and party positions and everyone can see what he has done since he become president in 2015.

“The United States of America tried to do experiments with Donald Trump, it was disaster because leadership and business are two different things, ” Mr. Mwanza said.

Meanwhile, the PF Media Director has charged that the ruling party is not moved with the crowds of people that are seen when Mr. Hakainde Hichilema is campaigning in certain towns because they are crowds imported from Southern Province.

Mr. Mwanza said it is laughable that the UPND are getting excited to see the same crowds of people they ferry from Southern Province into other provinces and claim that they have support from Zambians across the country.

“I used to watch Mr. Bean and in one of Mr. Bean’s episodes there’s an episode where Mr. Bean sends a birthday present to himself and pretends that those birthday presents have come from somebody else, so he comes outside the house and celebrates that he has received birthday presents; that’s exactly what UPND are doing,” he said.

Mr. Mwanza says it is not surprising that the UPND have continued to loss elections despite the huge number of people seen during their campaigns and on social media because those people are ferried from Southern Province into other provinces.

And Mr. Mwanza has reiterated that the opposition UPND has continued to engage in violence because they don’t have the message to tell Zambians.

He charged that there’s nothing that the opposition is promising to do if voted into office because the Patriotic Front under President Lungu has delivered.

Mr. Mwanza explained that UPND have since resorted to violence to intimidate people so that they do not turn out to vote.

“Number two UPND is strategically using violence as basis for election petition, to delegitimize the outcome of the elections so that they say that the elections were not free and fair,” Mr. Mwanza added.

He further charged that UPND is using political violence to make the country ungovernable and later push for a government of national unity a situation he said would not happen because President Lungu will win by over 50 plus one threshold in the first round.
