It is all part of electioneering, His Excellency President Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu has said.
The Head of State says “What I am confident about is thats our achievements and policies have changed lives across the country.
In particular, His Excellency President Dr Lungu says, I want to talk about the agriculture sector.
Since 2011, the PF government has prioritized farming as an economic mainstay by empowering small-scale farmers with inputs through the Fertilizer Input Support Programme.
Currently, we have over one million farmers on this programme.
“We have also ensured that farmers are able to sell their crops at a good market price to help them grow their business.
This, coupled with our vision to mechanize agriculture and diversify it through the development of sectors such as aquaculture, is a sure way to ensure low prices of food.
“We are already succeeding at this and there is no need to re-invent the wheel,” he says.
President Lungu says “Vote for the change you have experienced.
