The Patriotic Front under President Edgar Lungu does not believe in politics of deceit, says Lunte PF Parliamentary candidate Hon Mutotwe Kafwaya.
Hon Kafwaya says through the PF manifesto running from 2021 to 2026, the ruling party has highlighted what it intends to achieve.
Hon Kafwaya said this in Lubushi Ward during door to door campaigns as well as distribution of campaign materials.
Hon Kafwaya, who was in the company of former Mafinga Member of Parliament Hon Jacob Siwale, Northen Province Youth Chairman Erick Nsofu, Lunte District Chairman Charles Kapembwa, Lunte PF Council Chairperson candidate George Chikwanda, Lunte PF Constituency Chairman Silvester Kaoma Maselino among other party officials, visited Chikafya, Samba, Kafwimbi, Chambula and Chisulo villages.
“That is why when you look at our manifesto, it talks at length of the things we want to achieve in the next five years.
We are different from those that can come up with promises today and later on abandon those promises. Under President Edgar Chagwa Lungu we believe in development.
PF was formed as a political party to address the challenges of the people, and this is what we have been doing. So let’s support President Lungu and his government,”
Speaking earlier, Mr. Nsofu emphasized that there is no need for supporting the opposition and independent candidates explaining that that they will have it difficult to work with President Lungu.
And Lunte District Chairman Charles Kapembwa said he is not ashamed to go back to the people to report on the PF’s achievements in the district saying the things the people wanted have been done.
